The client’s brief was to transform a steeply sloping site into a functional and contemporary family garden. A series of retaining walls were constructed to create level, usable spaces, while custom timber seating was positioned to take advantage of the expansive ocean outlook. The design prioritised open lawn areas for family enjoyment, complemented by a modern planting palette carefully selected to thrive in the site’s salt-laden coastal conditions.
